Chatqik provides AI-powered conversational automation tools for real estate agencies, including automated lead qualification, showing scheduling, and listing inquiry assistance via WhatsApp and web interfaces.

3. Account & Responsibilities

Agencies and users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of property listing data, calendar integration permissions, and compliance with local real estate advertising regulations and data protection laws when interacting with prospective buyers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chatqik to:

• Send unsolicited spam messages or violate Meta/WhatsApp Business API policies.
• Upload fraudulent property listings or misleading pricing info.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the stability of our AI infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, platform interfaces, AI assistant workflows, and software logic associated with Chatqik and openorbit remain the exclusive intellectual property of openorbit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chatqik provides automated assistance tools on an "as is" basis. While we strive for maximum accuracy, openorbit shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from AI response interpretations or third-party scheduling delays.
